A spatial linkage is used for converting oscillation of pink pedal into continuous rotation of orange table.
The conrod consists of two parts (green and blue) that are connected together by a revolute joint. The conrod is connected with the pink and violet cranks by Cardano joints (yellow crosses).If the table can’t start because the mechanism has been stopped at dead positions (where the violet crank and the conrod are in line), turn the table a little by hand to overcome them.
