Input: the green shaft carrying a disk.
Output: the pink shaft carrying a disk.
The blue pivoting lever has an axle which has cylindrical joints with two red bushes. Two yellow cone disks have spherical joints with the two red bushes. The two yellow disks can contact with the input and output disks.
Select angular position of the blue lever for desired output velocity.
