This device makes the violet parts enter the lower runway with their head down regardless of their initial orientation in the upper runway.
The blue disk rotates interruptedly by an appropriate mechanism (not shown).
Key factor is the red portion on the grey/glass cover. It does not allow the part move down if the part head is in up position.
