Pinion:

- Tooth number Z1 = 15
- Pitch circle dia. D1 = 30 mm
Rack:
- Helical teeth, B2 = 30 deg.
Angle between pinion axle and rack moving direction is L = B1 + B2 = 30 deg.
1 pinion revolution makes rack move Pi.D1.cosB1/cosB2 = 108.83 mm
