Turn pink eccentric counter-clockwise to unclamp blue tube, move the tube to new position and turn the eccentric back to clamp the tube there. Green tranparent part is fixed to green tube.
For easy understanding the video shows up-down motion of the orange part. In fact, it is almost immobile.
